Feldenkrais Method is a series of visualization and movement sequences designed to shift and replace habitual movement patterns, allowing the emergence of new and more useful ways of moving, and positive self-image perceptions. The method is widely recognized for its effectiveness in dealing with a broad range of muscular, neurological, and orthopedic problems, improving dynamic posture, flexiability, coordination, reducing chronic pain, and renewing inner vitality. It is taught in two ways for all age groups: Functional Integration using individual, hands-on or touch sessions; and Awareness Through Movement in a group of group or class setting.
