The Living Foods Lifestyle addresses these issues by supplying our bodies with living enzymes, chlorophyll, lecithin, and many other nutrients necessary in assimilation, digestion, and cell regeneration. The lifestyle consists of a diet emphasizing sprouted seeds, grains, and legumes; soaked nuts and fruits; as well as juiced wheatgrass.
