Chung Li's Energy Therapy for the Mind, Body, and Spirit is not intended to replace traditional medical treatments. The offerings, services, and information on this website are not, and should not be relied upon as, medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or care. Chung Li makes no promises or guarantees with regard to her offerings or services or with regard to any information or links presented on this website.

Chung Li is not a licensed health care professional or health care provider in the State of Hawaii. She does not provide any type of medical, healthcare, or other personal professional services with the energy therapy. Chung Li's practice is considered to be alternative or complementary to the healing practices that the State of Hawaii licenses. She can offer her services under Hawaii Business and Professions Code Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6 (please review the aforementioned Sections). Chung Li advises and recommends obtaining health care advice and information from a health care professional prior to making any decision about your health.

In using and viewing this website, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chung Li, her heirs, assigns, representatives, consultants, employees, contractors, assistants, volunteers, and attorneys from any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, or liability for any and all damages or injuries which may arise from using the information on this website. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part of this Disclaimer is invalid, the remainder of this Disclaimer will remain in full force and effect.

Refunds:

Please be advised that all services are non-refundable.

All reservations are final and cannot be refunded. If a client is unable to attend their scheduled appointment, they may reschedule for the next available time that Chung Li is available. However, if the client does not show up or reschedule, they must contact the office within 5 days from the missed appointment date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the appointment and all associated fees. Clients also have the option to transfer their appointment to another person with written consent.

In the event that Chung Li is unable to attend the appointment, the client is entitled to reschedule at their convenience. Please note, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
